【如何消除墊圈上的異味？】

福維克㺯善品正確的說法是〃矽膠鎖環〃因是天然且環保材料，若用一段時日自然消失。

個人方法：
◆ 拿去冰箱冰過夜 !!
◆ 可用食用級baking soda調水成可糊（塗）在墊圈上的狀態，1小時或1夜後用水沖去即可

Smells - place your lid in the freezer overnight.

使用美善品一段時間後, 大家都會很好奇, 為什麼Amy的鍋子總是看起來和新的一樣呢?! 這其實是因為我有個很會幫我清的ㄤ賽 ~  呵呵!! 不過, 真的有很多撇步是可以讓我的主鍋看起來和新的一樣歐!!

小美自清:
主鍋加水倒1/3 (超過刀組) ，並加入幾滴清潔劑，按 TURBO 鍵 , 2秒 / 2-4次 ，之後把水倒掉，用水清潔!

Self Clean”: third fill the bowl with water and a couple drops of dish liquid and turbo blast a few times. Gets the bowl, blade and under the lid clean.

用醋清潔:
. 醋 250克, 水 750克，2茶匙小蘇打粉
. 把所有材料倒入主鍋，煮約10分鐘/Varoma / 速度4

Vinegar Wash:
250g vinegar, 750g water and 2 Tbsp Bicarb. Cook 10mins / Varoma / speed 4.

檸檬清潔:
(對於洗完鍋子, 出現彩虹色的主鍋, 很好用) ，出現彩虹紋路是因為油沒洗乾淨歐!!

. 檸檬 1顆 (切半) , 水 350克
1.  檸檬 1顆 (切半), 倒入主鍋，切碎 5秒/速度10 
2. 加入水 ，煮約 10分鐘/Varoma/速度3

Lemon Cleaning:  (my favourite method)
. 1 lemon cut in half (skin left on)
. 350g Water

1. Place lemon in TM bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 10.
2. Add water and cook 10 mins / Varoma / speed 3
3. Once cooking time has completed rinse out and any remaining marks will come off with the aid of a cloth.

煮完巧克力後的清潔:
. 主鍋倒入牛奶，混合 5秒/速度8
. 用 5分鐘 /80度C/速度4 加熱

Cleaning Thermomix bowl after melting chocolate:    
. Pour a glass of milk in TM bowl and mix 5 sec / speed 8.
. Heat milk 5 mins / 80°C / speed 4.
Enjoy warm chocolate milk. No wasted chocolate!
